Community-Based Adaptation in Namibia (June 2010)

A brief summary on the CBA projects in Namibia co-financed by the Government of Japan.  Highlighted are the targeted areas of intervention and support to local communities focusing on project development, Vulnerability Reduction Assessment (VRA), and knowledge management and sharing of lessons learnt.
